Psyche Daily is operated from France and processes personal data under the GDPR. We collect only what a session needs: your account email (optional), your session preferences, and — only if you choose to record — your voice.
What we process

Voice data
Voice reference audio is biometric data. We ask for explicit consent before you record, and we use it for one purpose: generating your affirmation audio. It is never used to train general-purpose models and is never sold or shared for advertising.
Synthesis runs on ElevenLabs as our processor. We retain your recordings and voice model while your subscription is active, and for 14 days after it ends so that resubscribing does not mean recording again. After those 14 days both are deleted automatically.
You can delete your voice at any time in Settings → Your voice. Deletion removes the recordings, the voice model at our processor, and the generated audio.
Health data
If you enable it, health signals are read on your device to shape the session. They are not uploaded to our servers and are not used for advertising or profiling.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive the subscription status needed to unlock premium features — never your payment card details.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or erasure of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@psychedaily.app; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
